1. My breed isn't listed. What now?

We're sorry to hear that! We're constantly working to expand our selection. Please get in touch and we'll see what we can do in the short term.

2. How long does shipping take?

Our current shipping time is 3-5 business days. Occasionally, delays may occur with shipping providers (due to weather conditions, etc.), which are beyond our control. Therefore, our shipping information is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

3. Can emojis and other characters be printed?

Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese or Cyrillic characters, and other special characters cannot be printed. If these are selected, they will be displayed as spaces when printed.

4. What do I need to consider when selecting my photos?

When selecting photos, please ensure good lighting (daylight is better than flash), sharpness, and that the photo has not been edited. Please note that we cannot review every order, and therefore the selection of photos is the customer's responsibility.

5. How can I pay?

All of the payment providers we use offer buyer protection.
You have the option to choose one of the following payment methods:

6. What are the delivery costs?

Within Germany, we ship all our packages for €4.95 with tracking. Packages to other EU countries cost €7.95. You will receive the tracking number by email upon shipment.

And for orders over €50, you'll even receive your packages without any annoying shipping costs!
