A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Important information regarding personalized products

All personalized products offered in our shop are individually manufactured according to customer specifications.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for these products, regardless of whether the goods have already been delivered or are still in production.

Note: The service is considered rendered once the individual production of the personalized goods has begun. Cancellation is then excluded.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

Note: The right of withdrawal described below does not apply to personalized products , for which there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The service is considered to have been rendered as soon as the individual manufacturing or production of the personalized goods begins.

Start of individual production / Exclusion of refunds

The service is considered rendered once the individual production of the personalized goods has begun.
From this point onwards, there is no right of withdrawal and no entitlement to a refund or reversal.

Note regarding payment service providers (e.g. Klarna, PayPal)

If payment is made via an external payment service provider (e.g. Klarna, PayPal), the above provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and its exclusion apply without restriction.
A payment deferral, a chargeback or a payment stop via the payment service provider does not change the existence or non-existence of a right of withdrawal .
If there is no right of withdrawal, the payment claim remains valid even if a payment service provider is involved.

Changes and cancellations of orders

Since personalized products go into production immediately after the order is received, there is no right to changes or cancellations . Any cancellation or change is entirely voluntary and at our discretion , and only possible as long as production has not yet begun .

There is no entitlement to this.

B. Cancellation form

The cancellation must be declared by email or post.
The live chat is solely for general customer communication and does not replace a formal cancellation.
